INTRODUCTION

This kit is designed for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram vehicles without the factory installed UConnect hands-free Bluetooth feature. The factory OEM UConnect module kit is designed to install within your vehicle's dashboard to enable the hands-free/Bluetooth feature. The main harness routes from the UConnect module to the rear connector ports your existing radio. The microphone can mount to any desired location with the double-sided tape provided.

This kit is designed to work with the RES (with phone button), REQ, REN, RBZ, and RHB radios. The 2011+ RBZ and RHB radios have the internal circuitry to provide "Bluetooth Streaming Audio" with this UConnect kit. Please note, once installed your vehicle's VIN must be updated with the sales code "RSP" in order to enable system functionality using the DealerCONNECT website and a StarSCAN or WiTech diagnostic tool. This is a standard procedure at your local Chrysler Group dealer.
